APARTMENT STAY

Yes. Both properties are located central to Killarney town. Rookery Mews Apartments are located 1.2km (10 min walk) from Killarney Town. Killarney Haven Apartments are located within Killarney Town centre.

We have fully fitted kitchens in both properties.
Rookery Mews Apartments: Each kitchen contains a standard sized fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and are well equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Killarney Haven Apartments: Each kitchen contains a compact fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and are well equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery

Extra beds are not available. However, we do have a limited number of apartments which can facilitate a family of six (2 adults and 4 children). Please contact our reservation team directly on +353 64 6633570 as such units are subject to availability.

There is no schedule cleaning of an apartment for booking of seven nights or less. For stays greater than seven nights, we provide a linen change service; on the seventh day of your stay our team will deliver fresh bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies to your apartment (and every seven days thereafter for longer stays)

Standard cancellation policy: We offer free cancelation up to 14 days before arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total booking. However, we are a flexible team here at www.Killarneyselfcatering.com; If we can re-rent your apartment, no cancellation charge will be applied.

 

Covid-19 cancellation policy: Please note that due to COVID-19, we have increased the flexibility of our cancellation policy. If a guest is required to cancel due to enforced travel restrictions whether nationally or locally, free cancellation will automatically be available to affected guests up to their arrival date

A security deposit is required for all mixed group bookings (Family group booking are exempt). The security deposit of €50 per person is payable at check-in. Cash or Card deposits are accepted and will be refunded in full if no damage or disruption has occurred at the property
All prices are per apartment; max capacity applies according to apartment type rented

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10:30am
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. We will do our best to facilitate such requests but unfortunately, they cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our reservation team +353 64 6633570 with such requests as they are assigned on a first come, first served basis
Yes. A guest must be 18 or older to complete check-in

LONGER STAYS

Yes, we have special discounted rates of up to 30% for those looking for monthly stays or greater (subject to availability). We do require a 20% deposit at time of booking; with the balance payable on arrival. For Longer stay queries please contact our reservation team directly on +353 64 6633570

FACILITES and SERVICES

Yes, complimentary cots (up to 2 years) and highchairs are available. A fitted sheet is included with each cot, guests will need to provide all other cot linen. Upon request, cot linen can be provided

Rookery Mews Apartments: Yes, a standard sized dishwasher is available
Killarney Haven Apartments: No, unfortunately no dishwasher is available

Yes, all apartments have an Iron and Ironing board
Yes, all apartments have a hair dryer
Yes, complimentary on-site guest laundry facilities are available
Yes, basic toiletries are provided (shower gel, hand soap)
No, unfortunately we can’t accommodate pets at our properties. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are always welcome
